Online Orders

You may not have received the item due to being out of stock. We will ship the item once its back in our store.

Once we have shipped your order, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, in case of failed delivery courier will either:

▪️ Leave you a contact number for calling them back.

▪️ Deliver the package back to us. 

▪️ We will then contact you to re-arrange the delivery.

If you are not home and you miss the delivery, courier will leave a card with instructions for how you can re-arrange the delivery. You may also contact the courier with your tracking number to re-arrange the delivery.

If you have placed an order, and you haven't received a confirmation email please check the following:

▪️ Check for spelling mistakes in your email. It also could have gone through your promotional inbox or spam folder.

▪️ Please make sure your payment was successful.  

▪️ You may reach out to us directly via email at crystal@forkstrading150.com or here. Please include full name and delivery address used to place the order.

If your order status is fulfilled, it means that our team has picked, packed and shipped the order and it should be on its way to you.

We are pretty quick at getting your order out the door. If your order has been shipped we are unable to make any item, address or payment change. You can return the item, please see our return policy here.

If you have received a wrong item please contact us with the following details:

▪️ Your order number.
▪️ The name of the item you did not receive.
▪️ The name of the item that you received in it's place.
▪️ A photograph of item you have received.

Once we have received these details we will be happy to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

If you have received a faulty item please contact us here.

We need the following details from you:

▪️ Your order number.
▪️ Which item is damaged.
▪️ A description.
▪️ A photograph of item you have received.

If the parcel was damaged please keep it and send us photo of that.

Payments, Promotions and Gift Cards...

Payments will be refunded to the original payment method used to pay for the order.
